At Zoom, I help executives, sales teams, and trainers turn complex ideas into clear, compelling narratives. I create visuals that make information easy to understand, ensuring every audience, from new hires to board members, walks away with the right message.
SALES ENABLEMENT
How you train is just as important as what you teach.
I work with brilliant instructional designers to create complementary media to enhance their learning plans, from onboarding materials to advanced product training. Clear, engaging design is key to teaching at scale, and understanding how training is delivered is as important as the content itself. In addition to supplementing individual trainings, I also contribute to the design and operation of the Employee Learning Center, which garnered press coverage and earned the Rookie of the Year award from our LMS provider.
CREATIVE OPS
Scaling creative systems to align with business goals.
With a supremely talented team, a carefully curated set of tools, and a focus on the end user, I’ve been fortunate enough to lead creative direction and production for in-person and virtual events like sales kickoffs, as well as execute high-profile, executive-level experiences. Beyond design, this has included vendor selection and management, strategic budgeting of human and financial capital, and a steadfast commitment to staying ahead of industry tools, techniques, and trends.

From running Pathfinder Goods to designing artwork for bands, I'm generally spending my spare time learning, creating, and expressing myself. Pathfinder Goods started as an entrepreneurial experiment - an exercise in business ownership, branding, and scaling an e-commerce operation. I've been designing artwork for bands since the MySpace days, and there's nothing I love more than being able to make something cool for the artists whose music keep my company through my workday.
